$10,000 The Whale

A gift at the Whale level of $10,000 will help the Makah Youth Leadership Program. The program teaches teens and pre-teens songs, dances and protocol so they may lead with grace during the events at Neah Bay.

This gift will place your organization’s name and logo on the event banner and website. Additionally, your organization will be given a full page ad in the event program. You will be invited to a special honoring dinner for tribal leaders, staff and canoe families in the month after the conclusion of Tribal Journeys.

$5,000 The Thunderbird

A Thunderbird gift of $5,000 will help in the planning for and preparation of meals for one hundred canoe families or more during the week of celebrations in Neah Bay at the journey’s conclusion.

Your organization will receive name on the event banner, logo on the website and a ½ page ad in the event program.

$2,500 The Salmon

A Salmon gift of $2,500 will buy supplies and pay for construction and labor to prepare our small community for 10,000 to 15,000 visitors. Local campgrounds in particular must be upgraded so the one hundred canoe families or more who camp at Neah Bay during the last celebratory week of the journey may be comfortable.

Your organization will receive your name on the event banner and your logo will be proudly displayed on the Tribal Journeys 2010 website, plus a ¼ page ad in event program will be made available to you.

$1,000 The Halibut

A Halibut gift will support medical and other emergency services during Tribal Journeys. We will have medical tents, two-way radios, and both paid and volunteer medical professionals. EMS personnel and extra public safety officers will be needed, as well as counselors and healers to ensure a safe, alcohol and drug free environment is maintained!

Your organization’s name will be listed on the banner, and your name in the event program.

$500 The Hummingbird

A Hummingbird gift of $500 will help purchase the supplies used in making gifts such as drums, beaded necklaces, cedar baskets, paddles and other artwork that will be given by the Makah Tribe during the journey’s final potlatch on July 24, 2010.

Your name and logo will be welcomed in the event program and the sponsorship webpage.

$1-499 the olive shell

The Olive Shell gift will be used for promoting the Tribal Journeys 2010 Event. Your name and logo will be listed on the website as a donor.

Both monetary and product supply gifts are sincerely appreciated and will be graciously accepted.
